Assistant District General Manager

Description: CORT is seeking Future Leaders for their Assistant General Manager opening in their Cincinnati, OH and Louisville, KY locations.

This people-oriented, self-motivated, aggressive yet flexible Assistant General Manager will be part of the leadership team focusing on operations in our multi-million dollar business as well as learning from and contributing to our sales team. We are seeking a partner committed to contributing to our management objectives for positive morale, teamwork, outstanding sales and service, efficiency, safety and productivity.

Duties:As a member of the current district's management team, you will partner with department managers in ensuring success in the following areas:

· Business and organizational planning, coordination and execution. This includes strategic planning, resource allocation, manpower modeling,

leadership techniques and production methods.

· Outstanding customer service and relationship building with clients.

· Warehousing and delivery operations in a manner designed to provide high quality service with safety as a priority.

Qualifications: Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales and Leadership
  • 4 year college degree
  • Valid Driver's license
  • Must be able to relocate for future opportunities
  • Pre-employment requirements include passing the drug screen, criminal background and motor vehicle records check and non-compete agreement.
